But more than that – I’m a mum to 3 gorgeous boys, wife to my amazing husband, and live in the beautiful regional town of Orange, NSW, Australia.

let's start at the beginning

Jo finished medical school at the University of Nottingham in 2002 and moved to Australia in 2003. She graduated as a Fellow in Rehabilitation Medicine in 2009 and worked as a specialist in Sydney until 2013. In 2014 she moved with her family to Orange and loved the pace of life, clean air and opportunities for her family and herself.

In 2020 Jo started coaching with Katrina Ubell MD and was so taken with her coaching style that she decided to train as a life coach herself. In October 2021 she was fully certified by The Life Coach School, graduating with clarity of direction in her career – as a life coach for doctors. She continues to work as a Brain Injury Rehabilitation Physician.

Jo has worked with a range of healthcare and non-healthcare professionals, who have brought a range of topics to coaching including:

– impostor syndrome

– lack of self-confidence

– fear of failure

– overwhelm and burnout

– self-doubt

– loneliness

– loss of creativity they used to love.
