A Note From

Dr Jo Braid...

I'm a neuro-rehab doctor of 20 years and have coached wonderful people out of burnout for hundreds of hours. Personally, I have been through burnout related to my medical career and use all of these mindset strategies and practical tools to stay out of burnout. 

Originally from the UK, I moved to Australia 20 years ago and now live in the beautiful country town of Orange with my husband and 3 young sons. 

I love a hit of tennis any day and getting out into the fresh air. Catching up with friends and sharing a meal together fills my cup. 

I have created the Thrive Program as a resource on tap for people to use anywhere, anytime, whatever role they are doing.
